Grading contractor - Slope percent from structures to allow proper water flow. This involves excavation of any existing material/walls, filling in any low spots, and tying in adjacent areas. It can be gravel driveways, parking pads, and base for shed.

Drainage Contractor - Along with grading this is essential to an aesthetic looking yard. This could involve drain tile and downspouts to direct right of way water direction.

Erosion control - With grading, drainage, and mats this helps maintain an efficient landscape. It holds material and slopes in place. Thus allowing no loss of yard or space.

Seeding - For seed to grow it all begins with prep work. Grading, drainage, erosion control, and proper seed. Depth of black dirt and soil prep is essential for even coverage. Follow up maintenance with watering and fertilizing.

Retaining walls - Made with cement aesthetic block. Walls can be used for a decorative piece, a barrier, or to prevent erosion. When done correctly with proper drainage they will last many years. We often use these to allow more usable space. Walls allow more of a level surface.

Boulder walls - Similar to retaining walls. With boulders walls you use fieldstone to build. Same application just based on personal preference.

Install and removal rock / mulch; This is the labor intensive project of removing rock/mulch. Many times some must be done by hand with proximity to structures. After removal and haul off we fill with black dirt. After years in place there is always low spots and settling. This allows for proper grading and to slope away from structures. It can assist prevent water issues in the future. Followed by new landscape fabric and new mulch or rock.

Pavers-patios / walkways; Pavers are an excellent way to give a warm feeling to an area. They provide natural drainage and can be adjusted in the future. Base material and prep are key. There is a variety of colors and designs. Restraints are placed to maintain shape. Grading to blend with existing and seeding is included.

Removal shrubs; When removing shrubs the section around is dug up and has to be restored. There is also debris that is cleaned. Grading with black dirt to prevent any water issues. New rock, mulch, or seeding to make the section look like there was never anything there.

Edging; Poly edging or bullet edgers is a great way to accent around your house, structure, garden, tree, etc. It provides the border to hold your rock or mulch in place. Poly edging with stakes and edgers set in place maintain form. Poly comes in black and edgers have many colors. Removal and replace is available.

Egress barrier; An egress barrier is put around a below ground window. It holds back material to allow light through. We do not offer to cut in window. Excavation and haul away to begin. Design for load material based on soil. Retaining block is set to height and width for code. Grading to allow proper drainage. Finish with landscape and seeding around barrier.
